Arrival and departure

• Guests are required to show a photo identification (passport or ID) upon arrival at the Grietjie gate
• Our check in time is 15h00
• Our check out time is before 11h00

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation <14 Days before arrival the full deposit may be retained
• Cancellation 15 – 28 days before arrival 50% of the deposit may be retained
• Cancellation 29 – 42 days before arrival 25% of the deposit may be retained
• Any Cancellation 43 days and more before day of arrival the full deposit will be refunded less bank charges 
• In the event of a no show or premature departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged

Child Policy

• Children over 14 are welcome, under direct adult supervision at all times

Cottage policy

• We are a non smoking accommodation and smoking is only allowed in the outdoor designated area
• Pets are not allowed
• We expect all guests to abide by the rules and regulations of Balule Nature Reserve

Liability

• An indemnity form must be signed by all guests on arrival at the cottage, a copy of this is available at this link.
